Orecchiette PUMPKIN AND SPECK

Ingredients:

Orecchiette

Pumpkin

bacon

shallot

chili

grain

Preparation:

Clean the pumpkin, wash and cut into small pieces. Mince the shallot and fry together pumpkin x about 10 minutes, then add the bacon cut into strips, salt and pepper and bring flavor yet x few minutes.

Cook the orecchiette in boiling salted water, drain and season with pumpkin and a couple of tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, mix everything together and serve.
