Cream of pumpkin in two colors
INGREDIENTS
1 kilo and 1 / 2 pumpkin
300 g of carrots
2 oranges
1 liter of vegetable broth
100 ml of beet squeezed (about 2 or 3 pieces)
salt
pepper
PREPARATION
Peel pumpkin, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Peel carrots and cut up.
Put in a pot to boil the pumpkin and carrots covered with the broth to a boil when we went down the fire. When you grind everything is tender.
Squeeze the oranges and add the juice to the cream. Rectify the salt and pepper.
Squeezed beets and add only half of the cream.
To serve use two jars or similar one with the cream of pumpkin and another carrying the cream with beet and simultaneously pour in bowl with care to avoid mixing the colors.
