Spaghetti squash (version Finger food)

Spaghetti alla zucca (versione Finger food)
Approaching the Christmas holidays, and like every year during this period start thinking what to cook for dinner.
The intention yesterday when I went to the kitchen was to see a little 'ahead of the dinner recipes, but then stopped the attention on the preparation of a first dish made of cream of pumpkin.
I thought that after all this time the pumpkin is present on our tables, and having at the disposal of paper muffin molds, I tried to prepare finger food version of spaghetti, as an input for a first alternate to cook for the holidays in arrival.

The creation of these "nests" of spaghetti squash is very simple, and somewhat 'recalls the preparations for the carbonara, as the recipe subject to prior use of the egg (to bind the cream of pumpkin and make it more creamy) and the pillow to make the taste of this dish more "rich".
The same recipe can be prepared in the classic version, with the use of an oven dish, but certainly the use of molds to make these muffins spaghetti more appetizing and inviting.

Only important aspect to keep in mind during preparation is that you finish cooking the spaghetti in the oven, so it is advisable to proceed with a pre-firing, in order to avoid showing too much "scott" once completed in the table.
Finish cooking in the oven, allow to brown the surface, while the cream of pumpkin is soft inside.
In this release we also bring alternatives to the pillow, as the use of sausage or, alternatively, since the period we can also use the classic "sausage".
