Roasted pumpkin with pasta
Because the season is still on the pumpkin that we use this occasion and during the visit "fork ..." Belarus will prepare two dishes from her. INGREDIENTS: 1 kg pumpkin, half a cup of pasta, 3 tablespoons butter, 3 eggs, sugar and cinnamon to taste with salt.
METHOD: Pumpkin cut into bars (pokroiliśmy into cubes), salt and fry in butter. Boil the pasta, mix with fried pumpkin, add eggs, sugar, cinnamon, salt. Translate into ovenproof dish and bake.
