Risotto with pumpkin

To prepare the risotto inspired me the author of the blog issue of Taste. The original provision, however, quite strongly modified.
This is my first suggestion for this year's Pumpkin Festival.
Ingredients:
100 g of rice,
1 glass of white wine,
1 onion,
1 cup cut into large cubes of pumpkin flesh,
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oil for frying,
400 ml broth
2 tablespoons cream
3 tablespoons orange juice.
Performance:
Oil in a pan and spoon warmed butter. Cut the onion in kosteczka and throw hot oil. When the onion is zeszkli, add the pumpkin flesh, warmed together for 3 minutes, then dosypujemy raw rice.
After another 3 minutes - the rice should be slightly glassy - pouring white wine. Mix and wait until evaporated, and when it will be pouring a little broth (stirring constantly). Please note that the next portion of broth add only when the rice absorbs the previous one. With the last portion of the pan and pour broth and orange juice. Mix and heat up for a while.
When a grain of rice will be al dente, add the remaining butter and cream. Very vigorously mix, remove risotto from the heat and allowed to stand for a minute. Only then the distribution of the plates and serve.
