An easy recipe for your biscuits: Use the pumpkin. This ingredient typically winter you can really use in all ways and is always excellent! Get: half a medium pumpkin, 450 grams of flour, two eggs, 100g sugar, 100g butter, spoon a bit of yeast, you can then enter or white chocolate or cinnamon.

Bake the pumpkin wrapped in foil for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Get it out and crush them by making a puree. Now knead it with the softened butter, sugar and eggs. Sift flour and yeast and check the consistency of the dough. Must be processed by hand, otherwise settled into flour.

Add the spice or chocolate then form small balls and press them slightly coarse. As you see in the image the biscuit has to be irregular. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Buon appetito!
