Patience and work
I always wrote that I do not care what I weigh. Much more important for me, my volume and I'm ready to turn a blind eye even to gain, if it converges centimeter closer to the planned figures. But really now, when I saw the weights 56,6 kg., I'm so scared to eat something extra, so that, God forbid, do not see the slightest weight gain. I'm afraid that tear, if all my efforts and sufferings of the weight goes up. I think I did not eat, if you exercise to eat more, but I can not ... But rereading eaten, I understand that eat normally. And I gave up meat, even the white chicken, but eat eggs, cheese and nuts. The only things I seem to not give up - it is alcohol. I'm not that alkonaft, but I like to drink and have fun in the company. Furthermore, I firmly believe that, although alcohol and high-calorie, no longer recover from it and from what (and how) chewing.

Saturday
Another Friday, I decided that on Saturday I will go to the center go in yoga - a long time since I was not on it. But the fine weather brought about changes in my plans. First, I decided to limit the exercise at home, and then, in my heart, I remembered that in the next room, too, is yoga. As a result, decently soaked in the rain, I hobbled over to the hall, I bought a season ticket for 8 classes and otzanimalas Stretching.
10:30 W: 3 cheese cakes, tea
13:30 persimmon, 20 gr. nuts, coffee with milk
16:30 A: pasta with a slice of butter and pesto sauce, tea and dried persimmon
20:30 black coffee, kiwi
23:30 tea, apple, 1 tsp honey
Sport: 35 min. great, 35 min. other exercises (at home), 50 min. banners (in the hall.)
At night, under the "What?" Where? "When?" realized that a little sore throat, so ate a spoonful of honey.
By the way, about the CPP, if one looked: facial expression (or rather lack thereof) in women winners of the crystal owl - just пиздец! Either it will hit hard, or it can not be happy and smile, or it is very, very afraid of the camera. Looking at her I, along with the lead, too, wanted to shout at the screen: "Yes you smile, at last!".

I woke up with a clear and definite desire - pumpkin! I did not eat pumpkin 10 years, that's for sure! And now realized that if you do not eat - I die;) most were too lazy to go out, so sent another to the market for a long time explaining what a pumpkin, she looks like and how much to buy. :)) He is young man, brought the thing! I just sliced it into cubes and cooked in the oven, placing on top a couple of pieces of butter (something I always wanted oil so that I shove it everywhere:)) Bake for 40 minutes, without salt and spices, but it came out very tasty (at my taste).
