My Baked pumpkin
Today I took the pace of work. The shops will be open every day until Epiphany, except day 1 (at least that). Since I have little time, I am prepared this quick meal in minutes. I love pumpkin, cooked in any way. Then in a pan in the oven .. me ... well then I'd put us with these days, this dish with hot pepper warms you inside the mouth and belly
Ingredients:
300g pumpkin
1 clove garlic
parsley q.b.
chili q.b.
breadcrumbs q.b.
salt q.b.
1 drop of oil Ages
Procedure:
Wash and cut the pumpkin into cubes or as you prefer. Bollitela in a bit 'of salt water. In the meantime, prepare a mixture of parsley, chopped garlic and chilli with the breadcrumbs. I present Nerino. He is one of my many friends in the neighborhood. I think you have already mentioned something about him in the past. It 'a dog that lives free in my area. Nobody knows where he came out, or at least I and all those attending and know him, none of us know his real story. Now it has become "neighborhood dog", that is recognized and can not be hooked only to be locked up in kennels. For years, living on the street, so pampered by everyone, but without cmq remains a faithful friend and has no home of his own. But his misfortune is very lucky because he is loved by all the historical center, in fact there are people who welcomed him to make him sleep in the buildings, some people do it to eat and there are many on the street who spoil and fill caress. This morning I took this picture. It rained a little, and thank God Nerino has found shelter in a perfume shop, located right in front of my stall. It 'been there to sleep most of the morning, and the owner of the shop, has given him a nap early bird. This is a rare thing, because not all shops allows. Some people chase away because they do not want trouble. This woman is very good, and although we are under the holidays, a time when dealers are working harder, you are not worried about losing customers, let me sleep for as long as he wanted. You know, unfortunately not all love animals and dogs, there are those who for one reason or another they are afraid. Some people saw him sleeping in front did not enter because cmq is a dog of large size, and at first glance can convey fear. Rightly, everyone has their own idea. I just hope that these people, despite their fear, respect them and if anything is limited only to avoid the street. But I assure you that aside from the tonnage, Nerino is a puppy and when he cuddles, plays a sweet look.
