Fusilli with pumpkin flowers

Ingredients:


500 g short pasta, such as fusilli
300 g zucchini flowers
medium onion
four anchovy fillets in oil
teaspoon of sugar
oil
salt
pepper
 

Preparation:

In a large pan put oil and finely chopped onion, add a teaspoon of sugar and quarter cup of water, let the onion, then add the anchovy fillets and let it melt for two minutes. Add the squash blossoms, washed and cut into strips, make seasoning, adding salt, for about fifteen minutes.
