Tortiglioni in a sauce of pumpkin

These days, including a dinner the other, it is good to take a break. I opened the fridge and found a couple of ingredients to cook a tasty first and not so heavy ...

Ingredients x 5 persons:


150g. pumpkin
400g. tortiglioni type pasta (rigatoni not!)
100g ham
1 pkg. cream
butter
nutmeg
grated Parmesan
olive
salt
Recipe:
Boil for about twenty minutes the pumpkin in lightly salted water. Drain and mix with the mixer adding the cream, a knob of butter, nutmeg and salt to taste. Toast in oil ham into strips. Cook the pasta and once drained, season with the sauce and the ham. Serve with plenty of Parmesan.
